We are still working with fumigated communities in Córdoba Province. In Colonia Tirolesa, we filed an environmental protection, to force the local government to set and control the distances that are allowed to fumigate, considering the people's health and the environmental impact. In consequence, the justice recognizes that it is a collective environmental protection that protects comunitaries rights, including health and the environment. In the next few days, we will file another environmental protection related to Marcos Juárez, a location that has a legislation that sets distances for agrochemicals but, according to scientific evidence and the community health, are not sufficient to protect the people's health and environmental impact. For this reason, we will request justice to force the local government to expand the distances for the application of chemical products in agricultural production. We are also updating the "Agrochemical Emergency" website with recent information from sustainable food production.
