In celebration of the national children's month this October, the advocacy team of the Laura Vicuña Foundation including its trained child advocates are targeting to cover 2,000 school children in Metro Manila for a 3-hour awareness sessions and fun learning activities dubbed as the CRC Caravan.
The month-long CRC Caravan event started this October 1 in Roxas High School, Quezon City with 300 students in attendance. Informative booths were set up in the school grounds for the students to learn about their rights and signify their commitment to PROTECT, UPHOLD and RESPECT the rights of other children while they are attending the awareness session on the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
