Including Gender Equity in Parents Conferences

Conference Bullying Prevention

We just ended a wonderfull conference cycle where we included Gender Equity in each one of our conferences:

Continuing with our on line conferences for parents, and tutors, we delivered the following ted talks where gender equity was an essential part of our message:

Interactive Reading activities: promoting dialod, gender equity and more reading comprehension.

Serenity at home: how mindfulness improves family time.

Games during phisical education, my sons favourite subject

healthy lunch box: family involvement in bringing a healthy lunchbox to school

School Bullying: and what can you do from home?

With the participation of 984 parents, we continue adding families that have a real compromise in being involved in their children´s everyday lives. Education starts at home, and important issues like Gender Equity start at home as well.

With PROED coordinators assistance and our Human DEevelopment and Prevention allies, we managed to pull of a very interesting few months of conferences all different and all aimed at improving self esteem, protect children from school bullying and promoting gender equity,
