At the core of our Human Developement Courses we implement in each school that we accompany, our Gender Equality project in Public Schools.
We accompany each school for a period of 6 years. We implement this project to 5th and 6th graders during each school year. We have different dates for the implementation of our Human Development workshops and courses, because we work hand in hand with each school´s most important needs and issues, as well as their own calendar.
In this last trimester we implemented this project in 22 public elementary schools in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico. This project is implemented in workshops and courses that also promote self - esteem, drug and substance abuse prevention and school permanence. These workshops whose names are: "I Decide", "What happens inside my brain with substance abuse" and "Go On". were implemented in these 22 schools as an essential component of these workshops mentioned before.
The schools in which these three workshops were implemented to parents, teachers and students, separately and to each group with different appropiate content and materials and by specialists on the subject, are the following:

Benito Juárez ZAC School located in the District of Sabana Grande in Zacatecas, México.
Cuahutemoc ZAC School located in the District of Anahuac (San Eustaquio) in Zacatecas, México.
Escuela Modelo ZAC School located in the District of Solidaridad 1 in Zacatecas México.
Francisco I Madero ZAC School located in the District of Loreto (Las Mesas) in Zacatecas México.
Genaro Codina School located in the District of Palmas Grandes in Zacatecas México
Heroes de la Independencia School located in the District of San Antonio del Portezuelo in Zacatecas México.
Ignacio López rayón School located in the District of Mazapil in Zacatecas México.
Ignacio Zaragoza School located in the District of El Rodeo in Zacatecas México.

Melchor Ocampo ZAC School located in the District of Matamoros in Zacatecas México.
Nicolás Bravo School located in the District of Tecolotes in Zacatecas México.
Niños Heroes School located in the District of La Pardita in Zacatecas México.
Victor Rosales School located in the District of Fco I. Madero (Victor Rosales) in Zacatecas México.
Libertadores School located in the District of Centro in Zacatecas México.
Miguel Hidalgo ZAC School located in the District of Hacienda Nueva in Zacatecas México.
The number of total beneficiaries in these 22 public elementary schools is 3,106 . Including parents, teachers and students. In our final evaluation we will measure the results of the implementation of these three main Human Development programs, in which we include the project of promoting gender equality in aech program´s main objectives.
With these three programs we influence the lives of all the members of the school community, parents, teachers and students, expecting life changing schools, once they venture into high school. The school community will have a much better self- esteen, a lower rate of substance abuse and a grater school permanence. These three espected results will benefit their community.
