Promoting access to education for children

Dear Supporters 

We hope this report finds you in good health. We are deeply grateful for your generous support towards our project ‘’Promoting access to education for children’’ .

 Your Donation is already playing an important role in helping us move forward with our work as we promote access to education for children with epilepsy in Chileka, Blantyre, Malawi.

We successfully received your donation through GlobalGiving, while we are waiting for the funds to be disbursed to our organization, we are using this time for preparation purposes to ensure that once some of the funds are released, implementation of the project will be efficient, impactful and accountable.

Even without access to the funds yet, we are making meaningful progress behind the scenes to ensure that no time will be lost once funds are received;

• We recently finalized monitoring our project budgets
• We are reparing for upcoming field visits, we were collecting data of persons with epilepsy from our impact area, data collection is still being done including identifying beneficiaries

Our Next Steps

• Direct engagement with beneficiaries (Children with epilepsy, Parents of Children with epilepsy and school authorities eg Mother support groups, school management committees
• Implementation of planned initiatives
