PAM's vision is the creation of a fair and equitable society in which the indigent and socially deprived people especially the prisoners and their dependent women and children also are treated humanly and maintain their dignity in the community. PAM was situated in a rural community but because of town planning it suddenly became an urban area. so communities have very little land. It has also problem of water.

Being a community service Centre it wants to serve communities by demonstrating agriculture with technologies, provide guaranteed seeds, seedlings, other necessary materials, so that people can start kitchen , roof gardening.
It undertakes community development programs through poverty alleviation and non-formal education in an effort to check crimes and thereby enhancing livelihood of indigent rural people in Nepal. People will have organic vegetables, fruits, chickens, etc. From PAM provided training people also have knowledge and skills of gardening and chicken raising with technologies
