The monitoring team was led by Ms. Indira Ojha, Chief of the Social Development Division, Ministry of Social Development, Bagamati Province. The team included Administrative Officer Mr. Gunaraj Neupane from the District Administration Office; Ms. Mandira Thapa, Chief of Women, Children, and Inclusive Section, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City; Ms. Kumari Waiba, Program Coordinator, HimRights Makwanpur; Ms. Maya Lama, Program Coordinator, Maiti Nepal Makwanpur; Mr. Laxman Pudasaini, Section Officer, Ministry of Social Development; Police Inspector Mr. Surendra Bartaula, Bagmati Province Police Office, Police Inspector Mr. Raju Prasad Kurmi, District Police Office Makwanpur, and Assistant Police Inspector Mr. Lalmani Sibakoti, Buspark Police Station.

During the monitoring, hotel and dance bar operators were informed not to employ children in these establishments, not to lure individuals with false promises of jobs to force them into entertainment work, and were briefed about the legal provisions against such practices. Awareness stickers were posted in hotels, dance bars, and public transportation operating along the East–West Highway. Drivers and conductors were also oriented on these issues.

Similarly, at hotels around the Buspark area in Wards 10 and 4 of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, stickers, flyers, and pamphlets were distributed. The hoteliers were instructed not to use women for illegal activities, and general public awareness was raised through pamphlets regarding the legal provisions against human trafficking.
