PRAISE REPORT
The 7th of May, 2018 is the day we brought in 1200 day old chicks and that is when our poultry project was officially launched in the community. It is so, so amazing how fast time can fly.... today over 350 kids can feed on quality eggs from a project that begun as a mustard seed. Can you imagine each child getting 5 eggs a week! It is such a lovely treat to these precious kids.
DISEASE OUT BREAK
We have had several disease outbreaks and consequently we have lost over 270 birds in the last seven months.
EGG PRODUCTION
We started collecting initial eggs 2 months ago at a rate of 25%. I am glad to report that today total egg production is at 75%. Hopefully by the end of the year we shall have realized 90% daily production.
OUR NEW PROJECT
Now that our poultry project is nearly 100% funded, it is my pleasure to introduce to you our new I T project for the Kingsland orphanage.
