If you are reading this - Thank you for your shared interest and passion in a dream close to our hearts!
While we work on stabalizing the foundational work of TLC in our primary programs of that involve the 24hr care of vulnerable babies and children as well as empowering foster mothers, mother mentors and pregnant mothers in crisis, we continue to dream of ways we can serve in filling huge service gaps in our communities. The Postpartum Care Centre is one such project that burns brightly in our hearts as a way to curb the astonding levels of obstetric violence and postpartum neglect that is experience by many, many South African women on an ongoing basis.
While the launch of this project has been slow we continue to build and plan toward this vision as we work hard on creating local, sustainable programs and plans for the future of our communities. Thank you for your shared interest in this and for your time in exploring what we are up to.
