The Oregon/SW Washington Tour de Cure event will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2014.
Our event takes place at Hillsboro Stadium in Hillsboro, OR. We have routes ranging from 5-100 miles and they all start and finish in the stadium. Your morning will begin with breakfast and all routes include rest stops, SAG support, motorcycle support and bike shop support. After you cross the finish line you will enjoy lunch, live music and activities for all ages.
To kick off the 2014 year, we will host the first of our training rides on Saturday, March 1 at Sellwood Riverfront Park. All training rides will be posted on our web site at www.diabetes.org/portlandtourdecure, and everyone is welcome.
Tour de Cure is the largest fund raising event for Oregon/SW Washington and the funds raised support diabetes research (including three local researchers at OHSU), education and advocacy.
