The TUES Alumni Association aims to empower 500 students at TUES in Sofia, Bulgaria, by creating the TUES Idea Hub. This space will offer students a collaborative zone, mentorship opportunities, and career workshops to develop both technical and leadership skills. The Idea Hub will provide students with the tools to succeed academically and professionally, while engaging them in a community-driven innovation space.
Over 71% of youth in Bulgaria are not engaged in any form of volunteer work, and many students at TUES struggle with limited opportunities to develop both technical and leadership skills. The TUES Idea Hub will provide a dedicated space for collaboration, career mentorship, and innovative projects, which will help students bridge the gap between education and career readiness.
The TUES Idea Hub will provide students with collaborative labs, a Dream Library, and student-led club zones to foster creativity, build technical skills, and develop leadership abilities. Additionally, workshops and career mentorship programs will prepare students for professional careers by connecting them with industry experts and alumni.
The TUES Idea Hub will foster a culture of innovation and leadership among the youth in Bulgaria. Over time, this space will help students develop career-ready skills and create opportunities for them to contribute to the local economy. By providing this space, we will enable students to gain critical hands-on experiences, preparing them for leadership roles in the future.
