Our lineup of BUILD A HOME projects in Taichung has officially started, the first phase in July connecting the artist and children in sketching what the future 3 story tall mural for their home will look like. The summer has continued with our annual ocean conservation and surf camp thanks to the support of VAST and our afterschool program with the indigenous FUKID tribe continues in Taitung.

It has been an eventful summer as we plan for the fall quarter and also our BUILD A HOME mural painting just around the corner in the beginning of November as we end this spooky October month with a Halloween plant-based spookfeast with friends at the MiaoLi Yuan Boarding Shelter for the Disabled. Jia-Xin Gifting and Necessities is picking up with needing sponsors for children’s gifts and food and item packages for families.
Bright Side Projects has also been working on a huge program that will be coming at the end of the year, in which we will be able to update you further with images - this involves an exciting STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) bus and teaching tools that will make learning accessible to everyone and anyone of all ages and learning abilities. We can’t wait for our next update!
