Our commitment for trees include 3,500 volunteers at 70 forestry events…17,500 students touched by Proforestasl eventss…more than 650 kids caring for our trees…6,800 trees planted… There is a lot going on at Proforestal, to say the least. And that means a lot to track and plan so that we can handle it all – with success!
Last April 27th, we started our Planting Season 2018, and we are so proud to reach almost 7000 trees since the begining of our activities. We are glad to ask you to join us to our activities so we can still protect and mantain trees around the City.
The last time, we planted 75 Ashes with volunteers of Cummins CBS, on a warm April morning, after weeks of planning and preparation Cummins members and their families including manu of shcool´s students and their families, grabbed schovels and got to work. Together we trnasformed a once emty section of soil into a school foresta filled with trees and native plants. To all it was an oppotunitie to build a great connection with nature.
