Dear Supporters:
We are so grateful and proud to be able to announce that we were able to add patients to the programs of the Rosa Vera Fund - this year. Due to your support, many more children will be helped to live more productive, independent lives of dignity - your support is part of making that possible!
As the number of families our work impacts is rising, one thing is not changing - our commitment to providing high-quality medical interventions remains unwavering. Often, the price of high quality means that it is much more expensive than a lower-quality treatment; however, we have found through hard experience that taking the cheaper route often costs more in the long run. We are dedicated to seeking out whatever is most effective - the intervention our medical team feels will have the greatest impact, rather than just finding a quick fix.
All of the children we work with have some sort of special health care need or a disability that is expensive for their impoverished families to handle. Yet, every week, these children are receiving therapy, malnourishment care, medications and medical care, because their dedicated parents will do whatever it takes to help their children live the most dignified lives possible. Through your donations, you help make this happen.
Your donation ensures that all the children we work with - and their siblings - will eat at least one warm, nourishing meal each day. Numerous children will be given the opportunity to strengthen their muscles to walk, hold things, feed themselves, receive special education, and maybe even go to school! They will be given the opportunity to have a healthier, more dignified life, and their families will be alleviated of some of this tremendous financial burden.
So - when one asks, what's new with the Rosa Vera Fund? The short answer is - we are serving more children! But what has not changed is the true impact of the treatments we provide - children are getting better, leading more independent and productive lives; lives of dignity and hope, because of our strategic interventions.
Thank you, sincerely, for being part of making this all possible!
Sincerely,
