Students Performance Intimation to Parents

The Project is conducted under the mission of Psycho Educational Society - Educate Less Privileged Rural Community 

Purpose of the Project

To keep parents informed about achievements and deficiencies where improvements required of their wards studying in B.D.P. School, Barauli, Block Baldev, Distt. Mathura, U.P. India.

Current Situation

Report Card of the Students is prepared after final examination once in a year and handed over to Students in front of their parents. Parents only come to know about the performance of the students only at the end of the Academic Session and the opportunities not available for improvement in the shortcomings during the year. Therefore both parents and students are deprived off the opportunities to rectify, improve their performance.

What We did to improve the Situation

Students studying in B.D.P. School, Barauli, Block Baldev, Distt. Mathura, U.P. India are examined by quarterly by their Teachers; their Performance Card is prepared based on their achievements. Suggestions are given in the Report Card for the improvements required. The Report Card is handed over to the Parents. The achievement and deficiencies are also discussed in details where improvements are required. The teacher explains to the Parents the steps required for improvement.

Results

1. Parents remain aware of the performance of their wards during the Academic Session.
2. Parents and Students get a chance to improve their performance at various stages during the Academic Year.
3. The Performance and achievement of the students improved.
4. The Result of the School on an average is better than before.

The Management and Members of Psycho Educational Society, BDP School students, staff and teachers are grateful of donors who have donated the funds. With the aid of these funds, all these functions could happen and the successful event would not have been possible without it. 

Utilization of Funds

The funds available are used in the purchase of Teaching Aids for the project and in training of teachers for administering the techniques of teaching for improvement of student’s performance.

The communication between the teachers, parents and students is good and opportunities for improvements at various stages are available. The parents appreciated this method of Report Cards available four times a year. The record of the students is also transparent and they thank the management and teacher of BDP School for their implementation of this project which was very successful.
