We're meeting our goals to help Kansas City Women

WEN clients receiving one-on-one support

Our 2025-26 program year is currently underway through the end of June. As of March 2026, WEN is on track to meet its goal to serve 1,400 unduplicated clients and we have achieved these outcomes:

Welcomed 635 new clients
Enrolled 47 women in the Three Pillars to Success program
Enrolled 132 women in the new AI for Beginners program
Hosted 101 workshops for 1,158 participants
Hosted 7 Employer Presentations for 128 attendees
Supported clients’ job searches with 269 employment referrals
Provided financial coaching for 47 women
57 clients have reported accepting a new job
The average hourly wage of WEN clients is $22.74 (goal: $16/hour)

Our data show clear impact: WEN clients increase employment rates, maintain long-term stability, and advance along career paths after completing our programs. These outcomes ripple outward—strengthening families, stabilizing communities, and fueling Kansas City’s economic mobility.
