The job market is changing…but Kansas City women are keeping up.
To help our clients advance their careers in fields that are increasingly reliant on AI, WEN rolled out the new AI for Beginners certification program. This online course is available on-demand to accommodate busy schedules, and it’s beginner-friendly – no tech background required!
Participants learn how to use AI – not fear it – as a powerful tool that can support them at home, during the job search, and at work. Since we launched AI for Beginners in fall 2025, more than 100 women have completed the course!
At the halfway point in our 2025-26 program year, we’ve already helped 1,695 unduplicated clients – exceeding our goal of 1,400. Because of donors like you, WEN is able to meet the demand for accessible job preparation services in Kansas City.
