Dear Pedal Power Supporters,
The recent Little x Little fundraising campaign was a success. $1,425 was donated to help fund the next 50 Buffalo Bicycles. Thanks to all donors from the 300 students benefiting from this program.
Macmillan, a Form 4 (senior) at Igero Secondary School wrote:
“I thank this Buffalo Bicycle fund for distributing bicycles for needy students to go away with poverty in the community. I would ask if you would provide more bicycles for other needy students.”
Your contributions make a difference in the lives of these students and their families.
Please keep this project in mind to make a donation on Giving Tuesday, November 28.
Regards,

300 Buffalo Bicycles!

Dear Donors,
Thanks for your contributions to the recent Little x Little fundraiser which totaled $2,158 . This will go towards the purchase of 50 Buffalo Bicycles, helmets and safety vests for a secondary girls’ school. The Pedal Power for Kenyan Education program is now helping 300 students get to school, do better academically and to graduate.
Students, their parents and school staff appreciate the program. A note from Lydia A., Principal of St. Peter’s Buyosi Mixed Secondary School:
"GAP Kenya's work in the community is impressive. I have heard of the school feeding program, computer lab and bicycles donation to needy students. The projects have motivated students to go to school regularly. We're so excited that our school has been selected to benefit from a donation of quality bicycles to ease the transport of our learners.”
Pedal Power for Kenyan Education is half-way to 2023’s goal of 100 bicycles which will mean 35 free ones from Buffalo Bicycles!
We will keep you updated on progress of the program and look forward to your continued support.
