We are finishing the two ECD Classrooms
By James Omolo | Prpject Leader
The yet to be completed ECD block
We have finally received funding for the remaining works to be done for the finishing up of the two ECD classrooms that was donated in partnership with the KCDF an organization in Kenya which does matching funding for the communities and we are so much happy that these two classrooms works would start by next week so that our learners would have two classrooms more to accommodate them, the number of children in our ECD is overwhelming and we needed these two classes to be opened as soon as they are done and we need to equip[ them with the much needed furniture once we are through with the buildings in two months time.
We need desks, tables and chairs for equipping these our two newly built classrooms that would go handy to accommodate at least 90 children whom would be learning in these new classes. we do hope that we shall be able to get well-wishers for these furniture to be realized and its our prayer that by july we have a fully equipped new classrooms. Our teachers in the nursery section are very much eager to see it completed.
We still have more needs in terms of new classes as there are some pupils whose classes are still in dare need and hopefully these too will be sorted as we get more and more well-wishers like you on board.

The New Classrooms by KCDF Project Ongoing Well
By James Omolo | Project Leader
The ongoing construction of twin classrooms
This year had been very good with us after we got partnership with the kenyan local NGO called KCDF (Kenya Community Development Foundation) which managed to cofund our two new Classrooms that once finished would host our early childhood development classes who are in grades PP1 & PP2, This is a big milestone towards getting all the eight classrooms so far so good and we hope that by Janury 2022 these children whom once were in our destroyed ECD block would move to these new classrooms. For now most of them have been learning under a tree and some also in one of the office rooms which had been converted into learning area to accomodate these little children and we thank KCDF for these efforts towards the realisation of these two standard classrooms which will be oppened in January next year.
The partneship which was a mix of local fund rasing within the village people of paponditi we managed to raise half of the cost and they provided for the other half in their matching grant funding model. This helped us have these two classrooms in our school. We look forward to future engagements witjh them even to realize more and more classrooms in our school so that we can achieve the tootal number of the eight classrooms and we hope sooner we shall have all of them done to standard and we shall be ale to accomodate all our children.
As we strive to realize this dream we must thank everyone whom have been supporting us with this cause hence please do not dispair as we still need your support with the project and we hope for the best in our future engagemnts with you and we humbly want to thank everyone whocm have been supporting our goal. God Bless you abundatly.

We are so happy that they have been in school and the l;earning is going on so smoothly despite all the shortcomings and they are very determined indeed, our girls and boys who sat their national examinisations are also gearing up to jioin veriuos secondary school as from 2nd august and thats a good gesuture indeed as most of them have secured very good school to continue with their high schooling and we beilkiuve that they will prosper and go ahead with education further.
