Global Hope Network International has partnered with other organizations working to provide immediate relief, help and hope to over 1 million refugees who are currently living in extremely challenging conditions in Bangladesh. Our teams on the ground desire to provide increased shelter as monsoon season fast approaches, basic nutrition needs, hygiene while offering hope and trauma counseling. These families have experienced much trauma, and are living in horrific situations. Your help is needed
Bangladesh, a small country in Asia, has been inundated with refugees fleeing violence. The needs of these families include food, basic shelter, and counseling after trauma. The families are in need of help and hope while seeking a foundation for the future. Many of these refugees are children. Monsoons are fast approaching. Immediate help is greatly needed by many, many helpers.
Our teams on the ground will provide basic food boxes, quality tarps for tents and other immediate needs with funds raised. We will bring the hope needed for them to find healing. Long term, we hope to transition families to self-sustainability, IF we can work with governments to relocate families in long-term situations. This is an ongoing need until each child has at least the basic needs of survival (food, water and medical care).
Long term, our teams hope to help families find long-term solutions by providing the hope needed in such circumstances. Long term, we hope children will find solutions to education, as well as the basic survival needs. Our first mission is to meet immediate needs, and with over 1 million refugees, this may take some time.
