Success Story
In 2015, a visually impaired young lady was introduced to THINK a person with a disability that needed help to remain in one of the universities in Liberia studying Mass Communications.
THINK commenced paying her tuitions from funds received from donors interested in helping girls and young women enroll and remain in school. This young lady was one of the recipients of a laptop computer from the Global Neighborhood Fund that a special software was installed on to facilitate her access to materials since blind students in Liberia have no brail school materials. They have to punch their school lessons onto their brail pads as they listen to their teachers in their classes.
Our beneficiary graduated from university with a Bachelor of Arts degree on January 31, 2017. We thank our donors from Globalgiving that have continually given resources to THINK that makes the dreams and aspirations of adolescent girls, young women and other children go to school.
Thank you!
