Update Summary
Since 15 August 2025, Pakistan has faced severe floods and cloudbursts, displacing thousands of families across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. To meet the urgent healthcare needs of survivors, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has established medical camps in flood-affected areas.
Alhamdulillah, as of today, our medical teams have treated 42,567 patients—providing emergency care, first aid, and medicines to those who lost access to healthcare during this crisis.
Medical Relief Services Provided
Primary Health Care – Treatment for flood-related illnesses such as diarrhea, skin infections, and fever
Free Medicines – Distribution of essential medicines to patients
Mobile Health Units – Reaching remote villages cut off by floodwaters
Special Care for Women & Children – Maternal health services and child healthcare
Story of Change
At one camp, a young mother brought her infant suffering from dehydration. After receiving immediate treatment and medicines, she said with tears in her eyes:
“I thought I was losing my child. This camp saved my baby’s life. May Allah bless those who set this up.”
Her story is just one of thousands that reflect how vital these medical camps are for flood survivors.
