Title: Free Medical Camp Served 150 Patients in an Underserved Community of Lahore
Summary
Alkhidmat Khawateen Trust Lahore successfully organized a one-day free medical camp in an underprivileged area of Lahore, providing essential healthcare services to approximately 150 patients. The initiative ensured access to quality medical consultations and free medicines for vulnerable community members.
Story / Update
Access to affordable healthcare remains a major challenge for many low-income families living in underserved communities. To help address this gap, Alkhidmat Khawateen Trust Lahore organized a free medical camp aimed at delivering quality healthcare services directly to those in need.
The camp benefited approximately 150 patients, who received comprehensive medical consultations, health assessments, and free medicines. A dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including three general physicians, one gynecologist, and one nutritionist, provided expert medical care and guidance throughout the event.
Special attention was given to women's health, maternal care, nutrition awareness, and the treatment of common illnesses. The camp not only provided immediate medical relief but also helped raise awareness about preventive healthcare and healthy living practices.
This initiative reflects Alkhidmat's ongoing commitment to improving healthcare access for vulnerable communities and promoting the well-being of underserved populations.
