One Child, One Future: Educate to Liberate

Schools across Uganda reopened on Monday, 14 September 2026, marking the beginning of another important term for thousands of children. For many learners in vulnerable and low-income communities, however, returning to school does not always mean returning with everything they need to learn.
Some children arrive with worn-out exercise books, no pens or pencils, missing rulers, or without a proper school bag to carry their learning materials. These may seem like small items, but for a child, having the basic scholastic materials can make a meaningful difference in their confidence, participation, and ability to keep up with classroom work.
Through Good Cause Foundation Uganda, we are appealing to caring donors and friends around the world to help provide essential scholastic materials to children who need them most.
