For many children in the communities we serve, going to school is a dream they are determined to hold onto—but the cost of basic school requirements can make that dream difficult to sustain.
Through the support of our GlobalGiving donors, we are helping vulnerable learners access essential scholastic materials such as exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers, mathematical sets, and other learning supplies.
These may seem like small things, but for a child who previously came to school without the materials needed to participate fully, they can make a tremendous difference. A child who has the right materials can write, practice, participate, and learn with greater confidence.
We are appealing for continued support because many more children are still waiting for help. Their families face difficult economic circumstances, yet their children continue to dream of a better future through education.
Your donation can help keep a child learning, give them the confidence to participate in class, and reduce the burden on families struggling to meet school costs.
Together, we can make sure that poverty does not become a barrier to a child's education.
