Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Good Cause Foundation successfully organized and conducted a field education excursion for students of Universal High School, Kisasi, Kampala, as part of the One Child, One Future: Educate to Liberate project.
The educational trip took place along the shores of Lake Victoria, where students had the opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. During the excursion, they explored Uganda's unique physical geography, observed natural ecosystems firsthand, and gained a deeper understanding of environmental conservation and sustainable management of natural resources.
The experience enabled learners to appreciate the importance of protecting biodiversity, preserving water resources, and becoming responsible environmental stewards within their communities. Through guided discussions and practical observations, students developed a stronger awareness of the relationship between people and the environment and the critical role young people play in building a sustainable future.
This excursion not only enriched the students' academic knowledge but also inspired curiosity, teamwork, and a lifelong commitment to environmental responsibility. Such experiential learning opportunities are invaluable in preparing young people to become informed citizens and future leaders.
On behalf of the students, teachers, and the entire Good Cause Foundation team, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to every donor whose generosity made this impactful learning experience possible. Your continued support is helping us provide quality education beyond the classroom and empowering children with the knowledge and skills they need to shape a better future.
Thank you for believing in our mission—together, we are ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, explore, and thrive.
