Supporting Educational Continuity for Vulnerable Youth

Access to education remains a challenge for many young people living in underserved communities. This quarter, Good Cause Foundation focused on ensuring that supported students remained in school despite economic hardships faced by their families.

Educational assistance included payment of school fees, provision of scholastic materials, and support for daily meals at school. These interventions reduced absenteeism and helped learners focus more effectively on their studies.

Our monitoring activities showed that supported students demonstrated consistent attendance and positive academic engagement throughout the term. Parents and guardians also reported reduced financial pressure, enabling them to better support their children's educational goals.
