The next semester of our Opening Minds Through Art program will begin soon. Our Cedar Village artists are looking forward to creating beautiful pieces of art with their volunteer partners – students from Miami University’s Scripps Gerontology Center. Each Friday they will spend two hours together using a variety of mediums. The artists are so proud of their work and their volunteer partners beam with pride as well. One student said, “I really like the opportunity to volunteer at Cedar Village and make a difference in someone’s life. I have learned a lot from the residents.”
Please consider a gift to Opening Minds Through Art to provide materials and supplies for our artists.
