The fall semester of Opening Minds Through Art (OMA) is right around the corner. The popular program will have 3 classes and serve close to 50 participants.
This project, in partnership with the Scripps Gerontology Department at Miami University in Oxford has provided an amazing opportunity for people living with dementia the ability to express themselves creatively by working with a variety of media throughout the semester.
When our residents participate in this wonderful class, their minds become alive with creativity. With the diverse projects, final pieces look as if they were created by local artists to be displayed in galleries across the city.

*OMA trained volunteers will provide minimal assistance. Volunteer training is scheduled to begin in early September.
