Arlene Santos is 41 years old and married to Sonny. The couple has 4 school-aged children and their family resides in Concepcion, Tarlac.
Arlene manages a wellness spa services in their village. Their business provides facial and body massage to all customers. She has been managing her business for over 3 years and she earns approximately 5000 Php monthly for these activities. Arlene wants to purchase additional inventory and working capital for the maintenance of her spa and to provide a better service. Thus, she is requesting to avail a loan to expand her business. She thinks that the loan will be very beneficial for her business and living.
