Accelerating physical recovery

Hello everyone:

We currently have 100 people with disabilities practicing physical activity regularly in our Outdoor Gym Facilities. According to Fabiano, one of the professionals responsible for monitoring the physical activities developed by the assisted people, "the Outdoor Gym is an important tool for the development of my work because it motivates my students to participate and practice physical activities regularly, which helps them improve both their physical and emotional condition."

Fabiano reports on the case of two intellectually disabled young women between 20 and 26 years old that he follows up on. The first case is Pamela, who underwent surgery for weight reduction. Pamela had difficulty maintaining balance, but thanks to the motivation to attend the Outdoor Gym classes, today she can already exercise herself in some devices and shows significant improvements day by day. Jessica is another young woman who has reasons to celebrate! Despite a pronounced postural deviation, she has endeavoured to exercise in the Outdoor Gym and the first signs of postural recovery can already be perceived.

Our goal is to bring 100% of our attendees to regular physical activities at the Outdoor Gym! In order to reach this mark, we continue to count on your help to promote this project!

Thank you and see you soon!
