HI everyone:
As anticipated in my previous message, the dance students of APAE we able to show all their talent at the Festival Nossa Arte, held from 14 to 17 July. The students Thiago Pereira, Thiago Rodrigues and Carlos Luis, under the guidance of Professor Janaina Trivelato, enthralled the audience present with a touching presentation!
More to come by yearend regarding dance, as we will have our 2016 Annual Dance Festival in which other students will also surprise us with a new dance show! They are already rehearsing hard with new coreographies created by Professor Janaina! Keep you posted on the developments.
Another reason of pride for APAE is the Student Theater Group Vem a Ser, which completed 22 years of existence on 15 July last! This Group was born of a pedagogical project created in 1994 and currently counts on 11 members who became known to the Valinhos community through numerous presentations in schools and companies in the region. The plays they perform are created by the students themselves based on a suggested topic. Through art, they have played an important role in community awareness of the issue of disability.
Please join me in congratulating our artists, each with his/her unique talent, polished with hard work, love, dedication and joy!
