Hello everyone!
First of all, let me thank you for the donations received! You helped us achieve the USD 5 thd threshold of the December Open Challenge, enabling APAE de Valinhos to become a Global Giving Associate. Awsome!
We are now closer to making our dream come true, which is to offer to more than 200 people with mental disabilities a chance to work out and thus have a better quality of life, just like everybody else!
You cannot imagine how excited they are with the news that they will finally have their own work out facilities, especially after trying out the gym facilities of a partner entity – see photo. I also attached a picture of site where the gym equipment will be assembled.
We still have some hard work ahead since the project requires a total of USD 15 thd, but with your help in publicizing it to your network, we will make it! Can I continue counting on your support?
