Thanks to you, Xaliimo and her children are alive today!
After their animals died in the drought, Xaliimo and her five children packed up their few belongings and left their home. Without any income, the family had no food to eat, and the youngest children were dying from malnutrition. They needed help to survive! So they walked to Shululux Village because they heard there was emergency aid available there.
Your gift helped save Xaliimo and her family!
“We have received emergency nutrition packets for two of my young children and $80 to buy rice, sugar, flour, cooking oil, and meat. Now we are able to eat three times a day,’’ Xaliimo said. “We are very grateful to World Concern and the project funders for the support they have given us during this hard time as we lost all of our animals.’’
Thank you for feeding this precious family!
