Dear Well Wishers

Greetings from Vidya Poshak, please find the highlights for the last two months 

  • In the year 2016-17 we are planning to support 2000+ students out of which 1600 are renewals and the remaining 400 are fresh applicants.
  • 3200 students applicants  had registered their name through SMS  for attending Nurture Merit Test   to be eligible for the financial assistance
  • Out of 3200 students applicants 2450 applicants appeared for the test at 15 different centres.
  • After visiting  applicants dwelling for income assessment  400 new students were Identified  for this year’s financial assistance
  • One of the vidya Poshak’s beneficiaries, Miss Kavya, has successes fully cleared   the CA final examination  and has become qualified chartered accountant 
  • More than 4000 students utilized the Library services in the last quarter

We have now completed 15 years service and following is the highlights

  • 15000+ Meritorious  economically challenged students progressed to next level of literacy through our financial assistance program
  • In all 4000+ graduates have settled through gain full employment in their life and brought their families out the clutches of economic backwardness.
  • 100,000 students and 4,866 teachers and 4,734 employees were trained through different training programs.
  • More than 1,80,000 students benefitted from our library services. .
  • Overall 230 Million Indian rupees invested in last 15 years for Empowerment of Youth.
