Haiti faces a combination of economic, security, and institutional challenges that particularly affect young people and vulnerable communities. The project therefore seeks to address the lack of capacities, safe spaces, and community-based mechanisms that enable young people to become active agents in violence prevention and peace promotion.

The Nonviolence Clubs will gradually be developed as sustainable community structures, enabling young people to continue learning, engaging in dialogue, and implementing local peace initiatives beyond the initial project period.
