Your support in helping the Humane Society Dallas County/Dog & Kitty City via GlobalGiving has been truly tremendous!  Take a look at how your donations have helped in saving and caring for abandoned dogs and cats in North Texas and the Dallas area during the past few months:

  • Over $1,000 in vet care, such as medical tests, dental and blood work has been provided for the shelter dogs & cats including: Jasmine, Rusty, Mame, Jedd and Vinny.
  • $2,800 in vaccinations has been provided for 136 shelter dogs and cats, including Bobby.
  • $1,800 in spay/neuters have been performed on 38 shelter dogs and cats, including Salt and Pepper.
  • Almost $500 was available to microchip 57 dogs and cats preparing for adoption, including Ontario.
  • And finally, you helped us treat Ty, a sweet German Shepherd who had been rescued from a highway underpass by a wonderful patrolman, during his last days while he suffered a fatal muscle wasting disease.

Our shelter is very thankful for every donation received and will continue to show you the results that your donations provide to this project.
