This new classroom fundraiser will provide free quality education to our scholars in Guatemala. CasaSito will expand its development centers to support its community of youth, teachers, and families, offering psycho-social support, extracurricular activities, and workshops in a safe environment.
During the past few years, CasaSito has expanded its programs and with the increased number of scholars, the current buildings became too small to accommodate our community. In addition, the implementation of new activities and workshops requires additional classrooms and bigger open spaces.
Through the construction of four new classrooms and a multifunctional room in each of the centers, CasaSito will provide sufficient space in order to offer monitoring sessions, psychological support, extracurricular activities, workshops, and fundraising events to its growing community. This will provide a much better learning environment.
Education is the most powerful means for personal, family, and social development. The construction of additional classrooms will allow an increase in the number of scholars, teachers, and families in the near future. And the implementation of new activities and workshops in an adequate space will allow our community to grow both professionally and personally.
