Below is a message from a teacher thanking The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation for the instruments that were donated to her school.
“I just wanted to let you know that the recent donation awarded by the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation has made a huge impact on the music students at Fairfax Elementary School. Your kindness also created waves of enthusiasm amongst the local community surrounding Fairfax Elementary. To this day, I still hear people talking about this magnificent contribution your foundation bestowed upon our school site. I am truly at a loss for words to describe my feelings.
