Treatment for 74 children with Muscular Dystrophy

We are very excited to be able to share our results of the first donations we received in this period from September to December 2021.

Thanks to your donation and your love for our cause we have been able to continue giving quality treatment to our children and young people with Duchenne, who otherwise cannot receive it and thereby considerably improve their lives and those of their families.

Thanks to each of the donations we have been able to carry out 114 medical consultations (neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, physical and pulmonary therapy) for 50 of our children and young people, with this we continue their medical monitoring and we are awaiting any new medical need that they may have.
Likewise, we managed to have 100 psychological therapies for 39 of our children and young people and their families, with this therapies our boys can carry out their grieving processes in a accompanied way and with this move forward despite their disability.
And finally, we were able to deliver medicine to treat Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy to 62 of our beneficiaries.

Many of our therapies and consultations were carried out via virtual due to the covid and the great risk that our children have if they were to become infected, but our work continued and we were able to follow up as you can see in the photos, despite the pandemic.

We know that continuing to belong to this important platform will allow us to make our organization known and in this way grow to continue supporting more children and young people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy who otherwise cannot receive treatment in our country.
