In many rural areas of Uganda, reaching communities in need is often the greatest challenge.
Poor road networks, long distances, and hard-to-reach terrains make it difficult to deliver timely services. Whether it is responding to a medical emergency, supporting a water project, or delivering relief during a crisis, delays in mobility can mean delayed impact—and sometimes lost opportunities to save lives.
Through this GlobalGiving project, Development Alert is working to improve field mobility and accessibility to ensure faster and more effective service delivery.
With your support, we aim to acquire reliable means of transport, including motorcycles, to reach remote communities quickly and efficiently.
Expected Impact
Each journey made is a step closer to saving lives and transforming communities.
The Need Now
Without reliable mobility, many communities remain underserved and support is delayed.
