During the Fall/Spring sessions all students engage in rigorous STEM reinforcement with additional support in the general academic areas. Students also continue to learn about science of renewable energy to power and recharge drones. They are building background knowledge to launch into a new team project for the summer of 2016 of redesigning their drone with a reusable energy source as well as learning the techniques of reverse engineering.
Throughout the 16 sessions the Parent Council along with the FAME admin office holds several events to include Welcome Sessions, Course Selection (college preparation seminar), Parent Financial Planning (understanding how to pay for college), Coat Drive, College Tours, Volunteer opportunities and Monthly meeting.
