Back on February 24th we adapted and immediately started to serve refugees and their host families.
These days we are packing and delivering over 12 tons of food boxes every week, to Ukrainians and their Moldovan host families.
When we met with Eco-village farmers over a month ago to plan for the season, we provided 3x more seeds than usual. And in the last week fresh veggies started to appear, so we include those with the usual fresh bread, oil, tea, whole grain crackers, sugar, beans, pasta and oatmeal.
Since the kitchen space is dedicated to refugee food boxes, we aren't planning many events in the next months. We have hosted a couple of them recently, one of which you can see in the attached photos.
