Extra busy the last few months.
Got the building mostly put together, still a lot of details to button up, plus clean up the garden and take vegetable production more seriously next year.
The grand opening was well received, we hosted a cooking demonstration and part of the annual potato festival.
We'll be delivering weekly bags for Eco-village Farms until the end of November, too bad the bikes don't have heated seats...
We plan to host 2-3 more events until New Year, take a month or two off, then in March resume construction of the conference center and dorms. Food producers are starting to use the space, next up will probably be Anastasia, who makes granola and trail mixes.
