Otherwise, we're restarting construction in about a week, since the weather warmed up and most of the farm is dried out by now. We'll also start seedlings soon, mostly tomatoes, since those were always appreciated and the learning curve for most other veggies was high.
Yesterday we had a big team meeting, figuring out plans for this year and next steps. We've got the help of a few American consultants, plus a local consulting company, since we've been too busy for organizational development.
Now that our solar charged, electric bikes and trailers are ready, we'll start delivering products for our partner companies. From April we'll include the bags and boxes (EcoVillage Farms) like we did last year.
Otherwise, new websites will be turned on soon, and attached below are fresh 3D models of the incubator building. We're still aiming for late summer opening of the kitchen space, other zones will have to wait for more funding...
