Dear friends and supporters,
Thank you for continuing to stand with us through your generosity, encouragement and belief in our mission to provide wheelchairs to people living with disabilities in Kamuli, Uganda.
Although we have not yet received additional donations since our last update, we remain fully committed to this project and to the families who are waiting for mobility support. We continue to receive requests from children, adults and older people whose lives could be transformed by a wheelchair.
After carefully reviewing the needs on the ground, our team has decided that we will begin implementing the project as soon as we raise 50% of our fundraising goal. Rather than waiting until the full amount is raised, this approach will allow us to start purchasing and distributing wheelchairs to those with the most urgent needs while we continue fundraising for the remaining beneficiaries.
In the meantime, our team is:
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to restoring independence, dignity and opportunity for someone who has been waiting far too long for the freedom to move.
If you are able, please consider making a donation or sharing this project with your family, friends, colleagues, or community. Your support can help us reach the 50% milestone sooner and allow us to begin delivering wheelchairs to those who need them most.
On behalf of everyone at Aim Born Champions Children Africa (ABCCA), thank you for believing in this mission. We look forward to sharing photos and stories with you as soon as implementation begins.
With gratitude,
Kibwiika Joseph
