We organised a training to develop strategies meant to prevent school dropout and assist talented children from remote rural areas. The training was addressed to the school principal, the mayor, teachers and parents' representatives from Dagata commune. During the training the participants developed strategies to adapt educational programs to the needs and specifics of children from rural areas, how to develop the IT skills for this children and how to implement a live online video conference with volunteer from different geographical location. Moreover we celebrated Christmas by offering gifts to 90 children from Dagata commune, from the village Dagata, Zece Prajini, Balusesti, Piscul Ruslui,Manastirea, Tarnita
