The Digital Skills Training to Girls project in Gboko has been stalled due to the non-receipt of donations from the GlobalGiving platform. Compounding this challenge, the June 24, 2024, arson attack on our ICT community center has left the project critical for empowering rural girls with essential 21st-century digital skills in a state of difficulty. This disruption severely affects the opportunities for rural girls, who need digital upskilling most urgently.
Appeal for Support
We are now at a critical stage of sourcing funds to acquire new ICT equipment and resume our Digital Skills Training to Girls project. .
We warmly appeal to all potential donors and philanthropists to support us in rebuilding and continuing this vital initiative.
We sincerely thank those who contributed to the project before the incident. Your donations have already made a positive impact on the lives of the girls involved, and we hope to continue this transformative journey with your support.
