Smile Charity South Sudan has made significant progress in promoting the mental health and well-being of children and communities. Through its psychosocial support activities, the organization has reached 200 children, providing them with essential emotional and social support to help them cope with challenges and strengthen their resilience. In addition, 10 health workers have been trained in mental health, equipping them with knowledge and skills to identify, respond to, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. These interventions demonstrate Smile Charity South Sudan’s commitment to strengthening community-based mental health services, promoting well-being, and ensuring vulnerable children and families receive appropriate support.
