2.Teacher empowerment training activities

In March, the series of training for core teachers of mental health education in Mashu Town, Qiaojia County continued to advance. The online co-learning section came to a successful conclusion on March 12th. The 15 participating teachers completed four online learning sessions and successfully finished their supervision assignments. From March 25th to 26th, the training entered the offline stage. Through immersive practice on the three core topics of "activity leadership", "discussion leadership" and "theoretical instruction", 14 key teachers systematically mastered the design and implementation capabilities of participatory training, and initiated the school-based practice plan, marking that the construction of the mental health education team in Mashu Town has entered a new stage of practical transformation.

From April 18th to 19th, a two-day advanced teacher training activity was held at Liangyuan Campus of Chunyuan Primary School in Xishan District. The training was conducted within the school, with a total of 25 teachers participating.

In April, the core teacher series training in Mashu Town entered the practical stage. Fourteen participating teachers formed five groups and designed five mental health-themed training activities for both the teacher and student groups, covering five themes: "Exerting Positive Power", "Leveraging Strengths", "Teacher Stress Reduction and Empowerment", "School Bullying", and "Learning to Listen".

On April 16th, in order to help the teachers of the Ri Ci Psychology class better enhance their classroom management skills and build a harmonious teaching environment with students as the main body, Rici Foundation specially invited Mrs. Zhou Senlin, a senior teacher from the School of Mind Magic, to hold a lecture titled "Starting from the Heart:In the live-streaming class themed "A Preliminary Exploration of the Practical Wisdom of Order Management in Mental Quality Classrooms", during the course, Teacher Zhou focused on the question "What is good Classroom Order?"

3.Application and distribution of the Primary School Mental Health Theme Day Activity Package (Light Version)

In April, Rici Foundation, in order to support more schools in carrying out mental health activities, specially developed and launched the "Mind Magic Academy - Mental Health Activity Theme Activity Package (Light Version)" based on the original activity package content design. This activity package will be provided free of charge to schools that meet the application requirements. This event package provides the execution manual and activity plan in electronic form, simplifying the process, adapting to common teaching AIDS and reducing the difficulty of preparation. It also integrates the "Guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" and the social and emotional learning framework, taking into account both professionalism and practicality.
